He’s so good to me…

We sang that last night during one of our worship sets. Lately, even though my life is still very much on the fringes of where it should be, I feel so blessed.

Last week I lost my metropass. I was at the ROM, of all places. (I spent March Break working as an ESL teacher with some lovely Japanese students. In the mornings, we taught. In the afternoons, we partied went on field trips. It was a great time, but incredibly draining.) At first, when I couldn’t find my pass, I was disappointed. I prayed like I always do when I can’t find anything. “Dear Jesus, Dear Jesus…”

Since then, He has helped me…Whether it’s with finding old tokens that I’d forgotten about, or putting me in touch with friends who let me be their second adult when using their day pass.

I finally have a weekly pass, and I’m going to do everything in my power to keep track of it.
