  1. I most certainly believe that a healthy physique is made in the kitchen. Too many people think healthy eating is boring (only eating salads) and hard (have to count calories and spend time cooking), and that they have to hit the gym six times a week.

    I counter that misinformation with knowledge that it can be a great adventure to finding new and interesting foods to try, that eating healthy can be something as simple as making sure you have something as simple as good plate balance (look at, and that just being more active for thirty minutes a day can make a positive change (stop taking the elevator, for example, or walk a short bit each day).

    Even a small change for the better is a POSITIVE step!
